Mixed-Use / Residential Development

Seidel Architects completed the conceptual design for this mixed-use development in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. The program includes 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments and townhouses over a concrete podium. The design was conceived as a Transit Oriented Development with convenient access to public transit and many local employers within close proximity to the site. Amenities include: media/entertainment center, learning resource center, community garden and retail cafe seating. The protected south-facing courtyard serves as a "town square" and gathering space for the residents.
