Metro Center Senior Housing consists of affordable apartments in Foster City’s mixed use town Center. The apartments, developed in conjunction with market rate townhouses, define the Foster City Town Green, an important open space at the center of the community. Strong pedestrian connections are established throughout the project so that residents can easily walk to the nearby grocery store and other retail shops, and enjoy the frequent social activities sponsored at the town green. A central atrium in each apartment building provides a spacious interior community space as well as views and natural light for circulation to the apartments.
