Edgewater Apartments in San Francisco’s Mission Bay redevelopment area is a 193 unit high density residential development located along Mission Creek. A series of terraced courtyards step down toward the creek where a new public promenade has been located. Townhouse loft units continuously line the pedestrian frontages of the building, and make the two level parking garage located in the project’s center inconspicuous.
