The Farm is an affordable family housing community located in Soquel California which has been cited as an affordable housing model. Located on an ecologically sensitive site draws upon the local community character by drawing on a well known farm house directly across the street in what has now become a county park. The project is organized around a central green space, and provides a day care center, plays areas, community gardens, and a dedicated riparian corridor along Soquel Creek.
